Welcome to Mago PMS! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Mago PMS platform, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”) operated by Mago PMS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• Mago PMS provides local and cloud-based property management solution designed for hospitality businesses and property owners to manage reservations, guests, staff, and operations efficiently.

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

• To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

• Mago PMS is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Access to certain features may require a subscription plan. Current pricing plans (e.g., $1 per guest booking, $100/month for PRO plans) are available on our website.

• Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly stated.

• Mago PMS reserves the right to change pricing with notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Free Trials and Deposits

• We may offer free trials or promotional access. These may require a small refundable deposit (e.g., $1 deposit to access the system).

• Deposits may be credited to your future billing or refunded if you cancel within the trial period, as outlined in our FAQ.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

• You retain full ownership of the data you input into the platform.

• We respect your privacy and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

6. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Mago PMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months of service.

8. Service Availability

• We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

• Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will notify users when possible.

9. Changes to Terms

• Mago PMS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Changes will be effective once posted. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.
